Yeah, I sure do miss this place.... This place was the cause of the more modern boom for flatland.... global-fault was more like the downfall and collapse.....

Too bad flatland is going to die off worse than it did in the 90's.....

Waging economic warfare on the riders was Pats fault..... if he hadn't ripped me off, I wouldn't have conned all those losers from all the corners of the internet (wow fans, pokimon forum whores, etc) into buying poser bikes and trying to be part of the scene... all it took was "if you build the lightest bike for flatland, you will be cool and respected" mentality in swaying them into flatland.. the posers outnumbered the real riders real quick, shifted demand from real bikes to poser bikes.... and then there was nothing left but crappy poser bikes for anyone to buy..... and then I turned the scene on the posers, the posers left because I once again, social engineered them into hating what I social engineered them into liking, and the phased themselves out of the market... they didn't like being called posers, or being told the parts they bought were a rip off and wouldn't hold up well to real tricks and that no one likes posers in flatland, and they realized how badly they got jipped and left... and all the real riders were left was the poser stuff because flatlands business model had become dependant on the flimsy part industry....

and that trick likely wont work twice because all those hundreds of posers that got burnt out of the scene are out there spreading a lot of hatred for the sport.... why are people even wondering where all the new talent is? what did you think was going to happen?

The scene won't recover until someone else mans up and rights the wrongs..... pat can't do it.... someone else has to..... flatland sold out pretty cheaply too.... all it took was a few hundred phony accounts on random forums full of complete and utter losers looking to fit into something and clever messages directed to OCD people to get them interested, and the $ signs just lit up in pats eyes when the demand for light and flimsy picked up.... he had no clue where all that poser money came from.... or where it went..... LOL..... social engineered into waging economic warfare on his own loyal customers..... people just called it a "TREND"..... LOL

15 flimsy ass frames later piled onto countless hours of lost riding and people still think they aren't getting ripped off... and sit on that global-fraud forum wondering what could have possibly caused the scene to shrink.... LOL.

Now look at the scene.... I orchistrated the whole fucking thing to collapse in on itself...... and it did exactly what I intended it to do.... No one would stand up to pat for ripping me off, so I made it so pat ripped all of them off...... HOW DOES IT FEEL RETARDS? HAVE YOU LOST ENOUGH MONEY AND HOURS OF RIDING YET?

L-O-FUCKING-L

LOL, has no one at global seen this post and why the forums are dead and pats losing business?

really?

WOWWWW..... denial ain't just a river in egypt.....

it looks like pats still trying to pawn off those poser parts having recently glanced at his inventory... still nothing to buy but mostly flimsy stuff.. the cost of keeping up with flatland is out of the realm of possibility to most causing everything is too weak for real flatland tricks... you might as well go to kmart if the frames not going to last long... especially given the economy.... pat and the rest of the industry biting into the poser parts trend I caused meant economic warfare to essentially be declared on his customer base.... this is on YOU guys... not me, I don't buy anything from ff and still ride when I can.... I complained of being ripped off and you guys took the wrong side..... so I made it so ALL of you get ripped off.... and your happy to get ripped off and come back to get ripped off again and again.... nothing will change unless you guys stand your ground with your purchase decisions.

due to parts being shitty even years after I told people this was inevitable, its going to cause a huge gap in flatland.... the scene will completely die off if you guys don't make the parts companies and pat man up to ripping you off and demand they make/sell stuff thats actually worth buying....

blood will be spilt... change doesn't happen over night... your not going to make an omlet with out breaking some eggs. you guys need to man up and DEMAND it....

I've done fine riding with out ff.... someone out there who CARES about the future of flatland still has a huge opportunity to sell only QUALITY parts and frames and essentially put pat out on the simple basis that they haven't sold garbage poser parts... flip the long lived monopoly upside down so the rest of the community can escape the financial burden selling this garbage has caused on the community....

Interesting feedback tranq, and thank you for it. It sucks to see business models reaching harder for profit over quality and happy customers. FWIW, I work on computers for my daily work and this crap business model sounds similar to the IT scene as well. Annual service contracts & software releases, products designed to fail, buzzwords overtaking functionality. Like most bad systems, a crash and outcry of recovery seems to be the only thing that tends to make a positive change, for anyone besides the corporate king sitting atop profit mountain.

This place needs to make a come back....

global is a desolate wasteland now.

whats this I hear about the flatland being so negative now a days...... I hear nothing buy negative vibes about everything flatland....

jaded about parts, jaded about sponsors, jaded about contest placings, jaded that there is even less money now than there was year back when.

its only going to get worse the more people take advantage of flatlander gullibility/fanboyism.

figured I would pop in to see hello.... see how many views this shit gets... see if anyone replies....

this site could make a come back if the scene came back alive.... we need good parts to keep riders riding.... not broken garbage to rob riding time from real riders....
